Returns and Refunds
To cancel your order before you received your package, please refer to our Terms and Conditions of Sale, Section 7. We do not accept cancellation or returns after the product has been received, unless there was an error on our part.
In Case of Error, Damage or Flaws
If you are returning a product because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the product plus the delivery charges, as well as your return delivery costs. You may choose to send the product back to us via a pre-paid return label using our courier UPS or else, we will refund your return postage costs that you will have to pay in advance.
You must notify us of an error in respect of the products delivered or of a damaged or defective product within two (2) calendar days since you received your order. If a product becomes faulty after the two (2) calendar days period, please contact our Customer Care to obtain further returns information.
You must return the products in the same condition in which you received them. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may not accept your return.
To return the products
- You should email us informing your decision to return your product within two (2) calendar days since you received it at info@guyamariani.com
- Make sure that the products have not been used, worn or washed
- All seals and tags must be still properly attached to the products as you received them
- The products must be returned complete and unused with their original packaging, including its original seal
- The products should be shipped back to our premises within two (2) calendar days following your written notification to us explaining the error, damage or flaw that you found and we must receive it by no later than fourteen (14) calendar days since your email
- the products should not have been used, worn, washed or damaged
We will examine the products returned and will subsequently notify you about your refund via email within a reasonable period of time. If following our product check we believe that you are entitled to a refund, we will reimburse you within fourteen (14) calendar days.
In the event that we find no flaw in the returned products, you will be notified that the returned products cannot be accepted and you may choose to have the products re-delivered to you. If you decide to give up this option, we reserve the right to retain the products and the purchase price and as well as to charge you with our fees and expenses.
The amount will be refunded to the individual who placed the order, via the same payment method that you used during the purchase transaction.
